PROCUREMENT FROM CHINA

Questions about your business purchase.

Find the costs, approval steps and policies to review before your next decision.

Sourcing and product lists

Can I use my existing supplier?

Yes. Tell the team which parts you need help with. Supplier coordination, checks and shipping can be discussed without starting a new supplier search.

Business sourcing
Must I subscribe before enquiring?

No subscription is required. Start by discussing the product requirement, quantity and destination. The team confirms the scope and per-request agency fee before you approve the work.

Business sourcing
What should I send first?

Start with a product brief, indicative quantity and destination country. A budget, company details or purchasing timeline can be added when available. Include drawings or reference specifications if you have them, and mark uncertain details as pending.

Business sourcing
Can I send a spreadsheet?

Yes. Send your product list through the confirmed business contact route. Include the SKU references, quantities and variants you know. Do not include passwords or unrelated personal information.

Wholesale purchasing
Can I start with incomplete SKU details?

Yes. Mark uncertain fields as pending so the team can identify what needs confirmation. Share the product references or specifications, quantities where available, and destination country.

Wholesale purchasing
Is a lower listing price always a better option?

Compare the agreed specification, quantity, service scope and complete purchase-and-delivery cost. Listing prices are reference information while the team confirms supplier quotations. Review unresolved supplier or shipping conditions before approving the order.

Fees and payments

How much is the purchasing agency fee?

6% of the total goods purchase amount for each commissioned request, with a minimum of USD 60. There is no membership or subscription fee. The written proposal confirms the commissioned scope, fee base, settlement currency and payable amount.

Fees and payment stages
When do I pay for the goods and shipping?

The first stage separately lists the goods payment and agency fee. After your confirmed shipping batch arrives, is packed and measured, the second stage separately lists applicable extra warehouse work and international freight. Dispatch follows written confirmation and payment. Other unready batches do not need to be shipped or billed for international freight early.

The full process
Which basic services are included?

The agreed basic checks, normal supplier coordination, ordinary packing and one standard shelf position per customer with no time limit are included without duplicate charging. Additional work needs an approved actual price or custom quote before it begins.

Included and additional work
Is the minimum fee charged again when I add products?

For additions to the same commissioned request, the team uses cumulative confirmed goods value and the agency fee already charged to calculate the incremental fee. The minimum is not charged again for each added SKU. Confirm the revised scope and amount before purchasing.

Changes to a request
How long is a formal purchasing quote valid?

The standard validity is 72 hours. Special orders or a shorter supplier validity are stated separately. An international bank transfer initiated within that period, with a valid receipt verified by finance, can retain the quote for five additional banking business days after the original expiry, subject to the stated supplier exceptions.

Quotation and payment conditions
Can I see the agency fee in my destination currency?

Choose a destination in the fee calculator to view a reference using the displayed, dated ECB rates. The formal proposal confirms the supported settlement currency, company quotation rate and final payable amount. The reference calculator does not quote international freight.

Inspection and warehouse work

What should an inspection request specify?

List the product, quantity, requirements, tolerances or concerns, location and the decision the report needs to support. Include the expected arrival if the goods are still moving, plus an approved sample or reference drawing where relevant.

Inspection scope
Do you release goods automatically after checking?

No. Agree the approval and release process with your team. An inspection report is not automatic permission to ship. Identify the person who can accept the findings, hold the goods or request corrective action.

Inspection scope
Can you inspect an order from my supplier?

Share the location and access conditions so the team can confirm which inspection arrangement is practical. Define the required checks, coverage and reporting before approving the work.

Inspection scope
How are professional inspections priced?

Professional inspection has a minimum of USD 50 per inspection project. The complete fixed scope and price are confirmed in writing before work. Third-party testing uses the institution’s approved quote; specialist coordination outside the included service needs separate prior approval.

Professional checks and reports
How does the free storage unit work?

Each customer has one free standard shelf level or independent storage unit with no time limit. Additional standard units cost USD 20 per unit per month under the customer’s monthly cycle. Mixed batches do not duplicate a unit’s charge, and reuse within the already charged simultaneous-occupancy limit is not charged again in that cycle.

Shipping and imports

Why can the shipping estimate change after packing?

Final package weight, dimensions, protective materials and the selected route’s charging rule determine the shipment quote. Ask for the final measurements and identify provisional estimates before approving dispatch.

Shipment cost planning
When does delay compensation begin?

Delay is counted in calendar days from the day after the latest delivery date in the written shipping proposal. The bands are 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% of the applicable freight basis for days 1–7, 8–14, 15–21 and 22–28. At day 29 or more, use the greater of 20% of that basis or USD 5 per chargeable kilogram. Review the detailed policy for the eligible basis and evidenced timing adjustments.

Protection terms and calculation
Is shipping protection the same as insurance?

Basic commercial shipping protection and insurance are separate. This website accepts insurance enquiries. Actual insurer terms, permissions and a real policy must be verified before any premium collection or confirmation of cover. Courier services also need review under the actual carrier’s applicable terms.

Voluntary insurance enquiries
Are import duties and taxes included?

The formal shipment proposal identifies the actual DDP, DAP or other logistics-service scope, the importer and included or excluded charges. Normal duties and clearance costs already included in an approved DDP quote cannot be arbitrarily recharged because of an estimating difference. Confirm the actual goods and destination before relying on the total.

Import responsibilities and changes

Changes, refunds and support

Can I cancel a purchasing request?

An unconfirmed, unpaid enquiry carries no charge. Later cancellation is assessed against the actual purchasing stage, work performed, agreed charges, supplier conditions and applicable law. Refunds are itemised. Cancellation does not automatically abandon the goods or transfer ownership.

Five cancellation stages
How long does a refund review take?

Once necessary evidence is complete and the refundable amount can be determined, review and an itemised breakdown are completed within five working days. After approval and complete payee details, finance initiates payment within five working days. Actual receipt depends on the payment provider; mandatory legal deadlines take priority.

Refund method, fees and timing
How do I raise a concern or request a review?

Use WhatsApp or the business email with the order or shipment reference and the outcome you are seeking. Receipt is confirmed within two working days and an initial response is provided within five working days. You can request an appropriately independent review of a disputed decision. The detailed policy explains escalation and applicable review periods.

Complaints and review
How do I send an Excel or multi-SKU list?

Use the downloadable request template if it helps, then attach the completed file to an email or WhatsApp message. You can also prepare a text brief on the contact page. The team receives your details when you send through your chosen channel.

Request templates and sending instructions

Preparing and sending a request

Do I have to use the message builder?

No. You can contact the team directly through WhatsApp or business email. The optional builder helps organise a text request; you can also send a completed Excel or CSV list.

Direct contact and the message builder
Can I attach screenshots or drawings in the message builder?

The builder prepares text only. Send screenshots, drawings or purchasing files separately through WhatsApp or business email. Use the same item or SKU reference in the message and attachment so the team can match them.

Preparing a list and matching attachments
How do I send the draft after creating it?

Review the text, then copy it into WhatsApp or use the email link. If the email button says “Open email after copying”, copy and paste the draft into the email or attach your saved text copy. Creating or saving a draft does not send the request.

Prepare and send a message
How should I send an updated list or instruction?

Keep the same request or item reference, identify the current file version and explain which rows or instructions changed. Send the update in the existing conversation so the team can review its effect on the proposed work, costs or shipment before you approve the next step.

Version and file references
