Warehouse and Storage Policy

Each customer receives one free standard storage unit with no time limit. A standard unit means an existing independent shelf level or storage-space unit in the warehouse. The team reviews the allocation for your actual goods.

The second and subsequent standard units cost USD20 per unit per month. A customer has one monthly settlement cycle. A newly added paid unit is charged for the whole current month at USD20. Different batches sharing the same unit do not create a duplicate storage charge.

Monthly fees already paid for the current period are not refunded when units are released. Reuse during the same period is not charged again where simultaneous occupancy stays within the highest number of units already charged for that period. Any increase beyond that level costs USD20 per extra unit. The next billing cycle is recalculated using actual occupancy.

Oversized goods, pallets and special storage need warehouse review and a separate quote. The customer confirms that arrangement before receiving is accepted. Goods that do not meet the warehouse’s storage conditions are refused.

Confirm the receiving address and package reference before sending goods. Share the expected arrivals, goods description and available domestic tracking references. Agree the basic checks and any photographs required when the goods arrive.

Agreed basic verification, normal supplier coordination and ordinary packaging are included without duplicate charging. Professional inspection, FBA preparation, labeling, wooden crates, pallets and other extra operations require an approved price or custom quote before the work begins.

Tell the team which goods should ship and which should remain stored. After the confirmed shipment batch arrives, final packing and measurement provide the basis for the second-stage extra handling and international freight proposal. Other batches that are not ready do not need to be included or billed for international transport early.

Storage caused by the customer is billed under the normal rules. Extra storage fees directly caused by our warehouse or operational actions are reduced or waived. Third-party exceptions and events outside direct control receive a manual review of the actual responsibility.

Exceptional final disposal follows three levels of approval. The 90-day point initiates a manual review only. Lawful ordinary actions authorised by the customer are verified before execution. A sale, destruction, transfer or other irreversible disposal without valid customer authorisation requires legal review and a confirmed lawful basis. Ownership does not transfer automatically.
