Voluntary Insurance Enquiries

Discuss the actual coverage needed for your goods and chosen transport service.

Updated 4 November 2026

Request a voluntary coverage review

Tell the team the goods, value, destination and proposed transport service. Explain which risks you want to discuss. Insurance is voluntary and needs review separately from the basic commercial shipping protection.

Insurance enquiries on this website

This website accepts enquiries about insurance. It does not collect insurance premiums or issue confirmation of cover. Any insurance sales, premium collection or claims assistance requires the applicable market permissions, insurer authorisation and actual policy documents to be verified first. The real insurer bears the risks specified in its policy.

Confirm the provider and terms

Any proposed insurance arrangement needs the actual insurer, eligible goods, insured value, covered events, exclusions, deductible, limit, premium and claims process. Ask how to obtain the complete terms and review them before payment. Cover can be described as effective only when it has actually become effective under the policy.

Declare a verifiable value

The starting point is the verifiable actual purchase cost of the goods. Freight, taxes or other insurable interests can be included only where the insurer expressly accepts them. Goods descriptions, quantities, values and important risk information must be passed on accurately. Discrepancies require verification and correction before proceeding.

Value and changes to the declaration

Underinsurance is handled under the actual policy terms; overinsurance does not create compensation beyond the actual insurable loss. Insurance value and customs declaration value are determined separately under their applicable rules. Any change to the insurance arrangement requires your prior confirmation.

Check eligibility for the goods and route

Ordinary goods are reviewed under the actual insurer and route conditions. High-value, fragile, lithium-battery, liquid, magnetic and other special goods require both a transport-compliance review and a real underwriting-eligibility review. Where goods may lawfully travel but cover is declined, the customer can choose uninsured transport after clear disclosure.

Confirm the actual quote

The premium depends on the goods category, value, destination, route and actual insurer terms. Confirm the insurer’s premium, any legally permitted service fee, restrictions and conditions for cover to take effect before payment.

Read the covered risks and exclusions

Total or partial loss and accidental physical transport damage must be checked against the actual policy. Theft, fire, water damage or natural disasters are included only where the policy expressly covers them. Economic losses from delay, expected profit, inherent product defects and full-value compensation need their own actual policy basis.

Review the cause of a coverage dispute

Packaging concerns are reviewed against who packed the goods, the specific defect and its connection with the loss. A declaration error requires review of the information, its significance, responsibility and whether correction is possible. Our own packing, omission or transmission error is not automatically attributed to the customer. Any denial needs its basis and review channel explained.

Notify an incident

Use WhatsApp or the published business email to report an incident. Within the lawful and authorised scope, the team registers, forwards and follows up the case, confirms receipt within two working days and gives an initial response within five working days. While an investigation remains open, updates are provided at least every seven calendar days.

Evidence and policy deadlines

Notification, supporting evidence and formal claim deadlines follow the actual policy and applicable law. The team identifies the earliest applicable deadline, seeks prompt registration, retrieves internal records first and allows reasonable staged submission of supporting material. Safely retain damaged goods and packaging. The insurer’s decision and payment timing follow its policy and the law.

Insurance and other responsibilities

Delay compensation and insured losses are assessed according to the type of loss and are not automatically offset. Insured shipments follow the actual policy and our own responsibilities rather than automatically applying the uninsured commercial rules. If we have already paid for the same actual loss, the insurer is informed and any offset, supplement or subrogation follows the contract and law. A coverage shortfall or denial does not exclude our own responsibility, and unrelated losses or lawfully paid compensation cannot be reduced or reclaimed without a valid basis.

DHL, FedEx and UPS services

For international courier shipments, review the relevant carrier’s applicable coverage and claims terms for the actual service and origin. Confirm the product, declared value, claim procedure and supporting documents with the team.

Discuss your shipment

Share your goods and route through the transport enquiry route. The team can identify which coverage information is needed before the shipment is approved.
