Send the product references or description, quantities, required variants and destination. For business orders, share the approved specifications, supplier details or sourcing requirement. Identify any sample, inspection, labeling or shipment-preparation requirements.

The written proposal separates the goods payment from the purchasing agency fee. The purchasing fee is 6%, with a minimum of USD60 per commission. Confirm specifications, quantities, seller conditions and the requested work before approving the purchase. Review the purchasing fee and minimum charge.

Match arriving goods to the expected purchases. Agree the checks and records needed for your order. Basic verification, normal supplier coordination, ordinary packaging and one free standard storage unit per customer with no time limit are included without duplicate charging.

Tell the team which goods form the dispatch batch and whether any goods should remain in storage. Review extra preparation requirements and their approved price or custom quote before work begins.

After the confirmed batch arrives and final packing and measurement are complete, the proposal separately identifies applicable extra warehouse operations and international freight. Review the actual packed dimensions, weight, route, delivery terms and import responsibilities.
